Club Presidents Elect need to complete this form between April and June before they take office.

It will be reviewed at a meeting with your Assistant Governor and the officers and board very early in the new Rotary year.

Ideally, the Presidents Elect may complete this while at Show Me Rotary, sitting with their Assistant Governors, or at least begin the process there and complete the form in the week or two after returning to their clubs after Show Me Rotary.
